For every property purchased by a Client, ANIPC will typically have considered at least eight properties, usually three or four of these properties will have been inspected and offers will have been made on two or three.
Our Clients often will have first opportunity to purchase properties prior to their appearance upon the open market.
ANIPC select each property for purchase by a Client only when it fulfils the following strict criteria:

Identifying and appraising the best opportunities making clear recommendation to the client |

Negotiating the lowest possible price on each property selected |

Through independent Mortgage Brokers, introducing our Clients to the most attractive sources of finance |

Obtaining competitive estimates, advising with regard to, and project managing, any necessary repairs and refurbishment |
 |
Advising with regard to, and providing, a complete interior design and furnishing package to achieve the highest return available |
 |
Co-ordinating the entire buying process; recommending and instructing – as necessary and as required by each Client – Solicitors, Surveyors and Valuers, Insurance Brokers, Architects and any other professionals and trades people. |
